Park Train cancelled civic strike Stanley of Hallowe'en being Ghost

It was supposed to start up on October 12th, but the Board says ... The Park Board has cancelled that year's Hallowe'en Ghost Train in Stanley Park. Vancouver's civic strike has claimed another casualty.
